Every Firefly Studio creation is unique, and I hope you love yours! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

• Return period: You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Once you've notified me, you have another 14 days to send it back.

• Product condition: Items should be returned in their original condition, with all accompanying accessories. Please use the original packaging whenever possible.

• Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using tracked and insured shipping, especially for fragile glass items.

• Custom-made products: Products created specifically to your individual requirements or clearly personalised for you are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the legal exception applies.

You may inspect your purchase as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction for any loss in value.

How to return your order

1. Contact me at ola@fireflystudio.nl with your order number to register your return and receive return instructions.

2. Carefully pack your item. As many of my creations contain delicate vintage glass, please use a sturdy box with at least 5 cm of protective cushioning on all sides.

3. Send your return to the address provided in my return instructions. Please use tracked shipping and email me your tracking number.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact me as soon as possible at ola@fireflystudio.nl.

Include photographs of the item and packaging, if available, so I can assess the situation and arrange a suitable solution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, I'll notify you.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. I may wait until I receive the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

If you return your entire order, your refund will include the original standard delivery costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

As every Firefly Studio creation is one of a kind, an identical exchange may not be possible. If you'd prefer a different piece, you can return your eligible purchase and place a new order.
